What you learn
1. Find your value
Identify the skills, traits, and experiences that actually make you money. You’ll run the Brick Exercise, uncover angles you’ve ignored, and define your money path.
2. Build your offer
Package your value into something people understand and want to pay for. Pricing, positioning, bonuses, urgency, and turning one-offs into recurring revenue.
3. Test it with real humans
You get into actual conversations. You collect market feedback, sharpen your positioning, and validate demand fast.
4. Build your professional identity
Minimal but powerful setup: website, email, Drive structure, social presence, simple marketing plan.
5. Think like a business
Incorporation, goal systems, prioritization, delegation, hiring. The mindset and structure that keep you moving instead of spiraling.
6. Collaborate and get leverage
Partnerships, referrals, small coalitions.
How to expand your reach without burning yourself alive.
7. Know your numbers
ARR, margin, COGS, cashflow basics. Make decisions like someone who owns something, not someone guessing.
8. Build real momentum
Land & Expand strategy, your next milestones, and what to do once you start generating income. You leave with direction, confidence, and visible proof that you can create opportunities on demand.
